Earning
End-toEnd Badges
There are five end-to-end badges that you can earn by hiking the
entire Rideau Trail or major sections of it. Any of the
badges can be earned by hiking short sections over a span of months or
years; you just have to keep track of where you hiked, when and with
whom. To apply for any of the badges described below, or for
further information, contact the appropriate local club (for
those badges covering the entire trail) or the Association
Secretary. Contact information is on the inside front cover
of the Newsletter. Hikers must be a member of the RTA to receive a
badge.
