North Shore – Black Ance Point Road
A mix of trail and road follows the north shore of Big Rideau Lake. Note the Monastery and an excellent ‘tiny library’ before entering Murphy’s Point Provincial Park’s lovely forest and challenging terrain. Take in the lovely view of Big Rideau Lake from Black Ance Point then wend your way through forest past historic McFarland House and on to Lally Homestead.
